An appointment is required for all repeat prescriptions and specialist referrals.
Medical Certificates
According to RACGP standards doctors are unable to issue backdated medical certificates. Patients must be seen on the date of issue of the medical certificate.
Reminder System
Our Practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be a part of this system please let your doctor or reception know.
Telephone Access
The GP's in this practice may be contacted during normal opening hours. If the GP is with a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advise you when it is likely that you call will be returned.
Results
Your doctor will advise you of when to return after and test or procedure. It is our policy not to get out results over the phone, so please book another appointment with your doctor to discuss results and further management plans

Fees and Billings
New patients:
Our practice will bulk bill patients who have a current Medicare AND concession card or ≤ 16 years old. Private fees apply to those who don't fit those criteria. Sunday-Friday: Our practice will bulk bill current patients who have a Medicare card for standard consultations. Patients that don't have a Medicare card will be required to pay privately. Saturday: Our practice will bulk bill patients who have a current Medicare AND concession card or ≤ 16 years old. Private fees apply to those who don't fit those criteria. All procedures will incur a minimum out of pocket fee of $30, based on time and/or complexity. Common item numbers and fees: Item 23 $60.00 (medicare rebate $41.20) Item 36 $100.00 (medicare rebate $79.70) Item 5020 $70.00 (medicare rebate $53.65) Foreign Language/ EthnicityThe Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs, through TIS (Translating and Interpreting Services) provides this free service. All our doctors are registered in order to help provide better access to health care for non-English speaking patients.
